Frome - Common Venue Questions
Terrain
The courses follow a road closed single, undulating, loop circuit, with the Half Marathon route heading out around Frome town centre and the Somerset countryside, heading past the English Heritage site of Nunney Castle, and the 10k & 5k routes stay within Frome itself.
Wheelchair / Pram Friendly?
We welcome buggy runners and wheelchair athletes and simply ask that you remain mindful of the runners around you and make yourself known should you need to overtake.
Are Dogs Allowed?
It is not permitted to run with a dog at this event however spectators are welcome to have their dog within the event village we simply ask they be kept on a lead at all times.
Bag Drop?
There will be an informal bag drop area within the event village for runners to use. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
