The course starts in Runcorn and follow a road closed route out along the iconic Silver Jubilee Bridge towards Halebank before turning back to finish back on the bridge.

Wheelchair / Pram Friendly?

We welcome buggy runners and wheelchair athletes and simply ask that you remain mindful of the runners around you and make yourself known should you need to overtake.

Are Dogs Allowed?

It is not permitted to run with a dog at this event however spectators are welcome to have their dog within the event village we simply ask they be kept on a lead at all times.

Bag drop?

There will be an informal bag drop marquee within the event village for you to leave any belongings during the race. Please ensure your label is attached to your bag before dropping it off with our marshals.

Anything left within the bag drop is left at your own risk.
