Headphone Usage During Events
Headphones are generally permitted for all our races; however, the policy regarding the type of headphones allowed may differ for each specific event. Please refer to the table below for detailed guidelines. Be sure to review the specific event guide to ensure compliance with the appropriate headphones policy.
All rules around earphones are by England Athletics, not RunThrough. RunThrough trusts you to make your own decision, you’ll always be treated the same no matter what you decide to run in, but we recommend you follow the guidelines set by England Athletics for each location.
