Thank you for purchasing a gift voucher! Here’s what you need to know about it:

Processing and Delivery:

• Our gift vouchers are processed manually on a weekly basis.
• You’ll receive an email containing the voucher. Please check your inbox regularly.

Using the Voucher:

• Once you receive the voucher, you can either use it as a gift or redeem it for an event. The process is straightforward and similar to any other event registration.

• If you haven’t received your voucher after a week, please check your spam or junk folder in case the email landed there.
