Terrain

Sprint triathlon starts and finishes at Mold Leisure Centre. You’ll begin with a 750m swim in the centre’s indoor pool, then head out on a scenic 15-mile (24km) cycle through the beautiful Flintshire countryside. The event wraps up with a 2-lap run around Mold.

Wheelchair / Pram Friendly?

Due to the nature of the course, this event isn’t suitable for wheelchairs or prams.

Are Dogs Allowed?

While we adore our four-legged friends, we regret to inform you that dogs aren't allowed for both runners and spectators at this event. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

Bag drop?

There will be an informal bag drop marquee within the event village for you to leave any belongings during the race. Please ensure your label is attached to your bag before dropping it off with our marshals.

Anything left within the bag drop is left at your own risk.
